CML operates the multi-award winning La Bonne Auberge, a French Mediterranean brasserie, a concept that is owned by Maurice Taylor, our founder.

La Bonne Auberge, which opened in Glasgow in 1975, offers French Mediterranean food at value-for-money prices in comfortable and relaxed surroundings.

Its success and longevity is based on getting the fundamentals right, such as having the right management and staff in place. The restaurant team is passionate about service delivery and really cares about looking after their customers.

We have also had considerable success in maintaining the profile of the restaurant in the local market place, through focused PR and a well-subscribed loyalty programme.

The concept has been successfully implemented at the Quality Hotel Edinburgh Airport and is under consideration as a branding solution in some of our other hotels.

The roll-out of this established brand includes:

• restaurant and bar interior design
• pre-negotiated procurement of fixtures and fittings
• recognised brand values and templates
• regularly updated menus and wine list with costs calculated
• a wide range of marketing material from adverts to loyalty programmes

Triangle Health and Fitness

Triangle Health and Fitness was established to meet the needs of customers who want to keep fit and healthy in a comfortable friendly environment.

This brand was launched in 2005. It already serves over 9,500 members across six health and fitness clubs in the UK.

The brand has a tried and tested annual sales and marketing programme for both retention and new member sign up. This includes a full range of marketing collateral from banners to adverts.

Tri Health & Beauty

Tri Health & Beauty is the Triangle Health & Fitness beauty concept, from relaxing massages to stimulating facials and just about anything in between our Triangle Health & Fitness Club members as well as non-members can feel the benefits of the finest therapeutic treatments and products. Currently available at the Triangle Glasgow East Kilbride club, Triangle Peak District club and the Triangle Corby-Kettering club.
