Chardon Management Ltd, headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland, is a leading independent hotel management company in the UK.
We currently have hotel management contracts for 13 properties in the UK and plan to grow our portfolio by at least 20% per annum by actively seeking further hotel management contracts with developers and investors. Our current portfolio is spread across the UK, from Perth in Scotland to Brighton on the south coast of England and covers a number of brands including Holiday Inn, Express by Holiday Inn and Best Western.
Our hotel owners, who are also our clients, range from New York based Starwood Capital Europe (one the world’s major investors in hotels), to the Taylor family based in Glasgow itself.
We provide our hotel owners with a wide range of value-add services, all of which contribute to improving the performance of every aspect of their business, such as:
